Warranty Coordinator 12-month FTC
Location: Dorking
Salary: Up to £30,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking, is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join their team. You will be a valued part of the ever-growing team and become part of a long-standing successful business.
Duties:
1. Processing of warranty claims and customer complaints from first arrival to completion.
2. Customer contact for updates.
3. Participate in cross-functional teams in pursuing corrective actions in product quality.
4. Handling customer queries about warranty cover & terms and conditions.
5. To progress cost recovery of defective material from suppliers including managing the return process from customers, distributors, and service centres.
6. Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the company.
Desirable Attributes:
1. The ability to work within a friendly team.
2. Experience within a manufacturer.
3. Experience using SAP software is an advantage.
4. Experience of working in a coordinator type role.
5. A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
