Autism Secondary Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant required – Nuneaton – £90 – £110 per day

This exciting SEN Teaching Assistant vacancy is the perfect opportunity if you are looking for more flexibility and a placement in an outstanding school in Nuneaton.
This rewarding role is to start as soon as possible and will be ongoing until further notice.
SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:
1. You will be required to support secondary age students with various degrees of SEN difficulties, including Autism.
2. You will at all times implement school policies and procedures and manage the classroom and behaviour.
Qualifications:
SEN Teaching Assistants of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including NQTs.
To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant role you should have:
1. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential).
SEN Experience:
1. The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
2. Previous experience providing support and assistance to SEN students.
SEN Teaching Assistant Salary and Benefits:
1. Competitive rates of pay from between £90 to £110 per day (AWR Compliant).

Additional Requirements:
1. Reference details will be requested prior to registration.
2. Current DBS registered with the DBS Update Service – if you do not have a DBS registered online, PK Education will provide full assistance in getting you one.
