Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessments, formulations, and treatments for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
* Manage a clinical caseload in line with operational policy, ensuring consistent high standards of care.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support comprehensive client care.
* Provide sensitive communication to clients regarding their treatment and progress.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage risks effectively.
* Participate in monthly clinical supervision to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
What We re Looking For
* Qualified CBT therapist with BABCP accreditation (or working towards it), or a registered health professional with similar qualifications.
* Experience in delivering CBT interventions within a mental health setting.
* Capability to provide therapy to a diverse range of clients and conditions.
