How? By working closely with our colleagues to get a detailed understanding of their business area, review what could go wrong and assess the steps they have taken to manage those risks. Italso about adding value - we work with teams across the business to recommend improvements and best practice, too.This internship offers high visibility within the organisation, providing a unique chance to understand NFU Mutualkey operations and processes. During the programme you will : Learn about our organisation, what makes us unique in the insurance space and why we are a great place to workGain first-hand experience in our Audit Department working on a real audit and contributing to our Departmental Objectives. Working closely with colleagues, youhelp evaluate business areas, provide insightful recommendations, and support teams in meeting their objectives and continuously improve.Youhave the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders, enhancing your ability to challenge, analyse, and communicate effectively. Throughout your 8 weeks, youreceive guidance from a programme manager and a buddy, ensuring you feel supported.By the end of the programme, you will have played an active role in completing audit projects and helping to improve the department.
