My client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their hard working and friendly team
Duties of Bookkeeper:
* Data entry on accounting software (Quickbooks, Dext, Xero etc)
* Maintaining client records
* Producing reports for clients
* Managing and submitting client VAT returns
* Processing standard monthly wages
* Assisting with CIS return submissions
Essential:
* At least 3 years' experience with data entry & bookkeeping
* Experience of Sage 50, Xero, Quickbooks, Iris, Sage Business Cloud an advantage
* Previous experience with payroll software would be preferable (Brightpay, Sage payroll)
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Excellent Time Management Skills
* Exceptional Communication Skills with a good telephone manner
* Good written and technical Skills
* Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
* Ability to Handle Confidential Information
* Strong Record Keeping Skills
