We're seeking a passionate and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. You'll collaborate with renowned hotels and restaurants worldwide, fostering strong partnerships and propelling our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role as Business Development Executive, you will:
* Cultivate and manage key accounts, building lasting relationships and exceeding client expectations through exceptional service.
* Leverage deep industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor, recommending the perfect Bermar solution to solve clients' unique needs.
* Strategically expand our business through effective networking, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities in diverse markets.
* Represent Bermar at key industry events and travel for meetings, events, and shows, expanding our global reach and brand awareness.
* Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on market trends and data analysis.
* Deliver regular reports to senior management, showcasing progress on initiatives and exceeding sales targets.
* Manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and successful sales pipeline.
Skills required:
1. Experience in B2B sales or account management preferred.
2. Hospitality industry experience; WSET Level 2 or equivalent education is ideal.
3. Good negotiation and presentation skills; adept in written and verbal communication.
4. Highly motivated, ambitious, and determined individual.
5. Strong self-management and prioritisation abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.
7. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
