INTERNAL SALES ADVISOR
Location: Crewe
Salary: £24,000 + Commission (First Year OTE £34,000)
KPI Recruiting Limited is recruiting on behalf of our successful Europe-wide client based on the outskirts of Crewe. Due to continued growth & success, my client is looking for an internal sales advisor to be part of a team of six.
YOUR NEW ROLE
We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service and sales experience for this varied and unique role. You will be calling customers to close deals, establishing if they are experiencing issues with products, providing assistance, looking at alternative products, and offering genuine advice and knowledge. Alongside a fair salary, you will earn commission based on your sales conversions. You will receive training on products designed to maximize your confidence, increase your abilities, and enable you to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound sales calling
2. Promotion of own brand products
3. Meet and exceed individual targets
4. Advise on customer queries and recommend suitable products
5. Build relationships with customers
6. Accurately maintain database
Skills Required:
1. Experience of one year or more in an outbound telesales role
2. Naturally positive communicator, a real people person
3. Problem solver, helpful nature
4. Able to multitask
5. Team player
6. Positive 'can do' attitude
7. Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy
8. Competent with Excel
9. IT literate
10. The ability to actively listen, influence, and negotiate with customers
