About the role
As the National Account Manager you will be accountable for coaching and leading a team of Key Account Managers who are responsible for delivering outstanding service to existing customers. You will implement, monitor, and manage a structured Account Management process.
The Key outcomes of your role will be:
Negotiate and secure the extension and renewal of all group agreements with key customers
Drive 25% increase in year on year revenue with new customers/products/ services
Provide 360 overview of customer relationships, working with all departments from the Key Account Managers
Developing and leading a World Class Account Management (Sales)Team to achieve sales targets
Work with all departments to achieve monthly Net Promoter Score of 9-10 / 10 from customers
Secure additional contracts and sign up more customers to (long term) formal agreements
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing good relationships with customers and negotiating high level agreements
Implementing Account Management strategies
Analysing data and trends
Identify commercial opportunities
Oversee all relationships with key customers
Attending monthly networking/industry conferences
Attend monthly review and feedback meetings with key customers (Board level)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the needs of the customer are being met
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves coaching and leading a team of Account Managers and wants to be accountable for key customers.
