A leading civil engineering firm is seeking a highly organised and efficient Site Administrator to support a major project. This challenging and rewarding role will require excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
About the Role:
As Site Administrator, you will be a vital part of the project team, providing essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and effective communication among all stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Document Management: Managing and maintaining a comprehensive filing system for all project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
2. Data Entry and Administration: Entering and managing data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including tracking project progress, costs, materials, and other relevant information.
3. Communication and Coordination: Liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and coordination of activities.
4. Meeting Administration: Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes, and preparing agendas.
5. General Office Support: Providing general office support, including answering phones, managing mail, and preparing reports and presentations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Sharepoint experience is essential
2. Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant office applications.
3. Excellent Organisational Skills: Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
6. Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle on site.
