Falmouth Exeter Plus are looking for an experienced Plumber with general building maintenance experience to work within the Estates team. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Estates Helpdesk Team you will be required to deliver a first class plumbing installation and maintenance service across a variety of properties on campus, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times. It's a varied role and represents a great opportunity to join a close knit team. The position will primarily be based from our Penryn Campus, however, there may be a requirement for you to work at our Falmouth Campus on occasion. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will be City and Guilds qualified or hold an NVQ equivalent in Plumbing installations, along with post qualification experience in a similar role.
