Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for:
* Bank Reconciliations
* Posting of receipts/refunds to various accounts
* Liaising with customers regarding their accounts
* Setting up and opening accounts on the internal software
* Offering support to the credit controller
* Providing holiday cover for the team
* Issuing of bills/invoices monthly, quarterly & yearly
* Chasing payments from customers
* Sending out statements monthly, quarterly & yearly
The Successful Applicant
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will have:
* Experience in a similar accounting role
* Customer service experience and the ability to speak to customers on the phone with confidence
* Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and Outlook
* Experience with financial accounting systems is beneficial
* A flexible approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
* Due to location, you will need to drive and have access to your own car
* Immediate availability
