As an Associate Director you'll be...
1. Working alongside the Group Director in managing engineering resources, client needs, and ensuring all projects are delivered successfully.
2. Contributing to the overall strategy for the structural function.
3. Liaising with clients, architects, designers, and the build contractor.
4. Managing a team of engineers.
5. Responsible for design information for use by in-house CAD technicians and other members of the design team.
6. Supporting in the promotion and growth of the company’s services.
Must haves...
1. Structural Engineer with experience managing large residential/commercial schemes (traditional and piled foundations, multi-storey concrete and steel frame).
2. Experience managing a team.
3. Able to undertake calculations if necessary.
4. Knowledge of CAD techniques.
