Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and directing them appropriately. Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings. Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and documents. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable. Raise Purchase Orders and log onto company portal Keep company employees and client details onto database Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
