Role Overview: The Internal Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for selling a range of GRP/pre-fabricated plastic building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with national/regional housebuilders, merchants, developers, and contractors.
2. Pro-actively follow up on all quotes and enquiries in a timely manner.
3. Create and develop a sales pipeline, assisting the external sales team in identifying leads.
4. Maintain an accurate CRM of company & project data, gathering feedback to assist the sales team in negotiations.
5. Work within a close-knit sales/estimator team of three.
6. Manage project sizes ranging from £500 to £500,000.
7. Contribute to a turnover of up to £25m.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Outbound sales experience is essential.
2. Pro-active with excellent organisational skills.
3. Construction experience preferred, particularly in windows, doors, fascias, soffits, roofing, GRP, or building envelope.
4. Experience and proficiency with CRM systems is beneficial.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Confident and professional telephone manner.
7. Stable career background; no job hoppers.
