We are recruiting a Graduate Administrator for our client, based in Marlow. We are looking for someone personable, friendly and well presented with good IT skills. The role is varied and is a great opportunity to join a well established and successful company.
The salary is competitive, dependant on skills and experience and they also offer a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and annual salary review.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5.15.
Duties include
1. Answering telephone
2. Greet clients/offer refreshments
3. Open post & distribute
4. Frank post & take to box or post office
5. Monitor admin, enquiry and general emails, and reply/forward as necessary
6. Prepare and submit information to Companies House. Liaise with clients to ensure correct
7. Maintain holiday calendars/process leave requests. Reconcile to timesheets on a regular basis
8. Meter readings electricity & water
9. Organise new contracts for facilities suppliers
10. Check & order stationery
11. Photocopiers - organise engineer visit when fault arises and provide monthly meter reading to supplier
12. Purchase of office kitchen consumables milk, biscuits etc
13. Arrange/liaise with various publishers for local advertising
14. Produce customer statements of accounts (client debtors) for Partners and send to clients as necessary
