About the role:
As a Bank Support Worker, you will have no fixed weekly hours, allowing you the flexibility to fit this role around your existing commitments. We’ll reach out whenever we could use some extra support!
You will be working within Mental Health Supported Living services, helping individuals we support to build essential daily living skills—anything from managing finances to preparing meals. The goal is to encourage independence, equipping people with the skills and confidence they need to transition smoothly into the community. The role also includes some housekeeping, paperwork (requiring basic IT skills), and the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each day.
Hours:
Generally between 9am to 5pm and normally shorter at the weekends.
Location:
Services in Herne Bay (CT6 5) and Canterbury (CT1 3).
