Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding practices and confidentiality
* Establish supportive, caring relationships with children, promoting respect, self-esteem, and a positive school ethos
* Contribute to evaluation, review, and planning discussions with the teacher, SENCO, and other support team members
* Manage behaviour and individual needs in line with school policies, offering a fair and consistent approach
* Help motivate children, clarify instructions, and encourage independent learning
* Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with external agencies as needed
* Support the teacher by working with individuals or groups of children to enhance their learning and development
