The ideal candidate will have a strong accounts administration background and be familiar with using Sage. Part Time Accounts Assistant Responsibilities: Processing invoices and payments. Supplier statement Reconciliation Credit card reconciliation Petty cash reconciliation Assisting the finance manager with information for producing monthly management accounts Maintaining finance procedures implemented by Finance Manager.
