Main duties of the job
To deliver a high standard nursing care to patients undergoing medical treatment/therapy. The postholders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, implementation, evaluation of the program of their care. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.

* Registered Nurse
* Mentor and Assessing Qualification or similar
Experience
* Experience of adult general nursing.
* Experience of working in a team environment
* Experience of current developments in the NHS
Personal Qualities
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of equal opportunities
* Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all aspects of the role
* Computer Literate
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
Other Requirements
* Must be a non-smoker during working hours
* Must be willing to undertake a DBS to Enhanced / Standard level
* Must be legally entitled to work in this country
* Must be car owner/driver with full current driving licence with independent access to transport for work purposes
* Must be willing to work flexible hours including Bank Holidays and weekends and be able to participate in the cover of the evening service if required
* Must be willing to travel across SWFT
