Payment for the Field Interviewer: Above the national living wages
Incentives per participant: £10 cash for the respondent for their time to participate in this research

Agroni is an independent multi-disciplinary research organisation with extensive specialist knowledge and experience of working with Britain’s BME communities.
About the role
As an Agroni Research Interviewer, you will conduct surveys with members of the public on a wide range of interesting topics and policy areas, such as Retail, health, education, housing, and more.
Previous experience is not required. When you start, you will receive full training, and ongoing support will be provided. Simply being a good communicator and projecting a positive attitude will make you successful in the role.
This role is not office-based. Travelling to residential/shopping centres/community areas as part of your working day is a key part of the role.
Agroni does not conduct marketing or sales activities. It is purely a research company that collects people's opinions via telephone, online, and face-to-face.
To qualify as a Field Interviewer you will:
• Be outgoing, confident, a great communicator, and be happy to meet new people;
• Have a valid driving licence and sole use of a car (Desirable, not mandatory)
• Have Internet data in your mobile phone/tablet.
• Regularly speak with your manager, who will support your development;
• Be comfortable with using computer equipment;

Key Responsibilities
After completing initial training, an interviewer’s work will involve:
• Being trained on each survey;
• Using a tablet/ large screen mobile smart phone with internet connection.
• Locating, planning routes and travelling independently to the addresses that have been sampled for each survey;
• Visiting addresses and making face-to-face contact with residents to set up survey appointments in line with project deadlines;
• Conducting face-to-face interviews using the appropriate equipment
• Adhering to survey questionnaire protocols (e.g. following question-wording precisely);
• Attending additional training and regular supervision as and when required;
• Being in regular contact by telephone with your Field Supervisor/Manager;
• There will be some administrative work
• No sales required
• To perform any other reasonable duties that Agroni may require that are consistent with the broad nature of the job.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• You’ll have internet broadband at home and mobile device
• Be comfortable with using computer equipment;

• Adaptable to the changing requirements of the role, such as using new computer equipment and software.
