The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious, analytically minded, insights driven Performance Marketing Executive to become part of the Sales and Marketing team at Safetykleen. The Performance Marketing Executive will join our dynamic Marketing and Sales Team. Your main objective is to generate high-quality B2B leads and sales opportunities to help Safetykleen reach our revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern performance marketing. This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work three days in our Brentford office and two days remotely. Priority Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of strategies and campaigns to increase the number and quality of marketing-generated leads and sales opportunities. Manage and improve the quality of the UK and Ireland marketing lead database. Manage and improve the Safetykleen UK LinkedIn presence. Identify opportunities for improvements in marketing approach based on research, analytics and insights and take part in the execution of the identified improvements. Deputise for the UK Performance Marketing Manager as required. Competencies Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The desire and ability to take the initiative and be “hands-on” in implementing ideas, tools, and methodologies to drive results – even if it means disrupting the status quo. Experience & Qualifications Hands-on experience in a B2B marketing role. Proven track record of developing and delivering lead generation campaigns in line with budgets and agreed KPIs. Strong data management skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience using performance marketing tools like paid search, automated email flows, social media and online display advertising. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advantageous Experience working with WordPress CMS and Dynamics 365 CRM. Conversion rate optimisation experience. Marketing creative skills (design and copywriting). Package: £35,000 - £40,000 base salary 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. 5% Contributory Pension scheme.
