Main Duties of the Job
* Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Management of Supplier relationships and performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators.
* Developing a partnership approach.
* Responsible for Managing and setting up Procurement Documents and processes within the E-tendering system.
* Expertise within specialism underpinned by theory and practical experience.
* Ongoing responsive Engagement with Internal Stakeholders.
* Ensure legal timelines are met.
* Complete compliant Tender Documentation.
* Lead and support development and implementation of Supplier Relationship Management.
* Coordinates and delivers cost-effective compliant contracts to achieve financial targets.
* Advises users/budget holders on procurement policies and procedures.
* Supplier engagement with unfamiliar processes.
* Ongoing Contract Management and monitoring support to buyer organization.
