Kelly Group have an exciting opportunity for the very best talent and we are looking to recruit an Administrator within our Welfare and Support Team.
This role is based in Rothwell, Leeds.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive inbound calls from field operatives.
2. Listen to engineer personal issues, pay queries and general wellbeing.
3. Investigate and escalate queries to relevant management team.
4. Feedback to the engineer in a timely manner and ensure the issue is resolved.
5. Outbound calling for wellbeing check and monitor the engineer journey.
Qualifications:
1. Admin experience preferred but not essential.
2. Well organised, plans ahead and highlights problems in advance; should be methodical and meticulous to keep records.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with conflict.
4. Able to collaborate with others and contribute as part of a high-performance team.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Able to see the ‘bigger picture’ and to realise the implications of one’s actions; possessing a proactive approach to one’s duties.
