Main Purpose:
This role provides an excellent opportunity to receive on-the-job training and gain experience in all aspects of Projects. This Project Administrator role will support the Project Team in all aspects of the ART Sewer and Point Colour project delivery to ensure it is delivered to a high quality, right first time for our customers. You will be based at offices in Tadworth, Surrey. This is not an engineering role; it is a project administration role, so college/uni leavers would also be of interest, and we will train you up!

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations:

Principle Accountabilities:
* To provide an efficient, accurate, and effective service to input data and commissioning forms into Jira and other systems.
* Keep track of budgets and project expenditures.
* Help set up project meetings and minute taking.
* Support project planning and tracking.
* Contribute to project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Check Scada/Bureau/MAP system for various metrics for site data quality, alarms, and communications to support the team with Data Quality Validation Checks.
* Support stock management for goods going out or in to ensure control of stock.
* Ensure commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information.
* Other general administrative tasks and processes related to the project.
* Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies.
Knowledge/Experience Required:
* General education including GCSE passes or equivalent.
* Previous administration experience.
* Experience of IT equipment and Microsoft Office Software suite.
* Experience of using databases is an advantage.
* Full driving license and access to a car.
