You must live in Barry and not have an addiction to your phone, preferring that your phone is set to Emergency Incoming Calls Only. You must have your own overalls and a correct pair of Black Work Shoes, not sandals, trainers or casual shoes.
No rings, bracelets, neck or other jewelry that could be a Health and Safety Issue.
Long hair must be tied back or secured within a cap.
We operate a small micro business of letting out Furnished Apartments here in Barry, that require ongoing maintenance.
Alex is our GM and has an honours degree in Mathematics and loves to talk about anything involving mathematics and space, perfect for someone focused on advancing their educational needs.
Working during your holiday term and occasional weekends to suit, helping Alex to carry out maintenance work to our Apartments.
We do not work outside in the rain, sleet or snow, most duties are clean and our priority is Safety in the workplace.
The owner is a retired Electrical \ Mechanical Engineer who overseas progress of tasks set.
