Let's Talk Money:
It's partly sales - So we know it's about the moolah as well!
That's why in addition to a salary of up to £40,000 per year - There is an uncapped commission scheme on hearing aid sales.
There are NO forced targets or benchmarks you should reach. We do not believe in a high-pressure sales environment. It's more about providing the best equipment and service to our clients… (You should know by now, training can be provided to support a healthy flow of sales - it benefits both of us!!
We have audiologists with NHS and private backgrounds so neither are preferred but… The Perfect Candidate Will Tick the Boxes Below:

* You value constructive feedback and know how to both give and receive it to help improve our services.

* You’re confident in the following procedures: Audiometry, Tympanometry, Wax removal, and Manual REM Fittings. (Bonus if you’re also skilled in more in-depth tests such as speech vestibular testing and have previous paediatric experience.)
* You are tech-savvy and can handle more than just screenshots on your iPhone. Google Drive, Noah, etc.
The Essentials:
* HCPC Registered: You must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (we do not cover your registration fees)
* Education: Hold a BSc or higher in Audiology.
* Experience: Have clinical experience in audiology.
* Driving Requirements: Hold a valid UK driver’s license and have your own car.
* Flexibility: Willing to travel between three locations within Sheffield and complete home visits across the area.
