Duties As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of facilities across our EMEA region, as well as the day-to-day management of a small UK based team. Duties will include: Manage the operational team to maintain UK facilities, including direct line management of the UK maintenance team. Look at expanding UK site controls into our other European locations supporting/connecting our warehouses with local subcontractors and improving scheduled maintenance planning. Participate in EMEA level facilities reviews. Look for and identify opportunities for improvements across assigned facilities. Work as part of the wider global Facilities team to ensure task, site development and technological investment opportunities are identified with a view to standardised best in class facilities globally. Support and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including landlords, government bodies, contractors and real estate bodies. About You You will have proven experience in facilities/buildings management with a strong understanding of electrical testing, contractor management and Health & Safety. Some previous experience in project management would be desirable. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communication across all levels of the business on a global scale. You will be willing to travel both locally across the UK and EMEA region to support where necessary.
