Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) is a complete industry transformation programme set to bring a major change to the UK energy landscape. Supported by Ofgem, this large industry shift involves the mandatory migration of all electricity meters to record usage every half hour. It is seen as a key enabler of the flexibility to support the UK's transition to Net Zero.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal communications plans, using preferred communications and engagement channels for MHHS and working with our Internal Communications Manager to ensure alignment of the project communications with other company activity. You will develop content and assets for the programme while also extending support to departments to help them develop content and assets that foster knowledge sharing.
Working closely with the wider HR, Marketing, IT and Ops teams, you will focus on evolving internal messaging and outputs in line with our brand guidelines, ensuring the necessary governance is in place to manage departmental content and asset creation. This will involve some travel to our Ipswich office.
