Job Description:
Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager.
Ensure the team is aware of the business and events within the hotel.
Make sure that the public areas are cleaned and any events are prepared.
Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks.
Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.
Experience And Qualifications:
This position is suitable for an experienced Night Supervisor or Night Receptionist who is looking for a management position. The ideal candidate will have experience in Opera cloud, but this is not essential.
