Collaborate and Partner with Key Stakeholders: Manage strategic partnerships with key technology vendors, ensuring we have access to the best solutions available, and building strong relationships with internal teams. We value mentorship and professional growth. What We're Looking For: A degree in a science-based discipline or equivalent professional experience. Deep understanding of enterprise-wide IT and its application within large organisations. Strong knowledge of current IT service delivery trends and commercially available technologies. The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical operational needs. Exceptional leadership, management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences. Proven people management skills and the ability to foster collaboration Extensive experience managing the delivery of IT services in a complex, devolved organisation. A strong track record of leading and managing multiple complex programmes and projects. Excellent interpersonal skills, including motivational, negotiating, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
