What You’ll Do:
* Manage and nurture client relationships - understanding their business goals and translating them into impactful marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with our creative team across social media, paid ads, SEO, and content to keep campaigns sharp and effective.
* Keep projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met without cutting corners.
* Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Stay ahead of industry trends to help our clients (and us) stay one step ahead.
* Experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertising - you should understand the fundamentals and have worked in this space before.
* Strong communication skills - you can handle clients, manage expectations, and get your point across clearly.
* A proactive mindset - we don’t wait for problems to solve themselves.
* The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping your cool.
* A drive to constantly learn and improve - we value curiosity and problem-solving over formal qualifications.
