SEN Teaching Assistant About the Role: SEN Teaching Assistant We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in managing challenging behaviours to join a welcoming primary school in Enfield. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, offering £85-£100 per day. You will work closely with children across KS1 and KS2, providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to their individual needs. With excellent facilities, including sensory rooms and breakout areas, the school is well-equipped to support children with additional needs. Application Requirements:
* Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and compassion.
* Knowledge of behaviour management strategies.
* A proactive, positive, and empathetic approach.
* Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
