Are you a dynamic and motivational leader with a passion for Pre-Sales? At MHR, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive excellence in solution demonstrations, and collaborate closely with Sales to overcome challenges. If you have a proven track record in mentoring teams, enhancing sales strategies, and delivering impactful software demonstrations, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Team:
Join a collaborative and results-driven team that plays a crucial role in showcasing MHR’s HR, Payroll, and Finance solutions to prospective customers. As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure our demonstrations align with customer needs and business objectives.
Your Impact:
As a key leader in the Pre-Sales function, you will:
1. Lead and Inspire – Create a positive, open communication culture where the team thrives.
2. Drive Performance – Set clear goals, track progress, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
3. Develop Talent – Identify training needs and implement development plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales Support.
4. Enhance Demonstrations – Attend team members’ product demos, providing constructive feedback to continuously elevate performance.
5. Recognise Success – Celebrate achievements and ensure high performance is acknowledged and rewarded.
6. Problem-Solve with Sales – Identify and overcome key challenges to drive business growth.
7. Lead by Example – Continue to deliver compelling MHR solution demonstrations to inspire confidence in the team.
