The Unit Manager role at Keepershield requires a balance of operational leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the business. Leverage data to enhance profit opportunities and streamline business processes Resource Planning: Ensure site management teams are adequately staffed with trained and competent personnel. Maintain and optimize assets to align with business objectives. Focus on employee development, identifying high-potential team members, and establishing a succession plan. Leadership and Direction: Provide strong leadership to site teams, ensuring clarity in goals and expectations. Actively work on the professional development of team members. Operational Control: Implement and manage control systems for: Health & Safety : Prioritise workplace safety and adherence to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) standards. Environmental Compliance : Ensure all activities meet regulatory and company environmental requirements. Capital and Revenue Management : Oversee capex projects, monitor expenses, and control revenue spending effectively. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Site Profit Performance : Achieve or exceed profit targets. Operational KPIs : Ensure all operational metrics align with company goals. Capex Project Outcomes : Deliver projects on time and within budget, with successful post-appraisals. Compliance : Maintain high levels of statutory and company compliance.
