Interim Project Manager - Business Transformation
We are seeking an accomplished Interim Project Manager to lead a high-impact business transformation project, integrating three legal entities into a single, streamlined business. This role requires expertise in organisational change, TUPE, operational consolidation, and stakeholder engagement. The project is set to complete in approximately 5 months, requiring a structured and results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to ensure a seamless transition.
* Oversee employee consultation, TUPE processes, and internal communication, ensuring clarity and compliance.
* Manage customer communication and contract novations to maintain strong business relationships.
* Lead the office consolidation strategy, reducing four locations to two while optimising workspace efficiency.
* Work closely with IT teams to migrate all operations onto Microsoft ERP, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Align branding across the businesses, creating a cohesive market presence.
* Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.
