They are now looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
2. Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
3. Proficiently handle various contract forms, including JCT D&B, management contracting, and NEC, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
4. Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
5. Effectively manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, payment applications, and dispute resolution.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement.
7. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.
