We’re looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Band Senior Community Learning Disability Nurse. Our service works to implement the assessment and provision of person-centred specialist health and social care services that promote service users' right to choose, in line with their assessed needs and in a way that enables them to reach their full potential. This role is both varied and challenging at times, but our innovative work in a multi-disciplinary setting allows you to have the very best support from a network of colleagues.
So, what can we offer you in return? The successful applicant will benefit from generous annual leave entitlement, an NHS pension, as well as training opportunities and career progression.

1. To participate in the delivery of a countywide specialist LD nursing under the guidance of the lead Nurse by managing a caseload of clients with complex learning disabilities.
