About the Engineering Maintenance Technician Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the site operates efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities
* Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, implementing effective solutions
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, adhering to schedules and protocols
* Ensure site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering maintenance
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and safety
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, working at heights (if required)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
