Role and responsibilities
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Support Coordinator, you will support the sales team in the sale, preparation, movement, and overall customer experience in the supply of new and used commercial vehicles. The role exists to increase the efficiency of the department and to ensure that processes are adhered to reduce risk, provide a consistent quality customer experience, and maximize the timely visibility of sale vehicles to the market thus removing unnecessary costs or delays.
* Coordinating mechanical and cosmetic preparation of both sold and unsold vehicles
* Ensuring that displayed and demonstrator vehicles are well presented, clean, fuelled, and appropriately prepared to comply with Vospers standards and consumer legislation
* Liaising with internal and external suppliers to ensure that all required work and accessory fitment is carried out within required deadlines
* Supporting the sales team with inbound customer enquiries via the phone
* Reviewing vospers.com and Autotrader to ensure quality used adverts are presented
* Carrying out final quality control checks before vehicles are passed to the sales team for handover or display
* Supporting with 48hr follow-up calls with customers and providing feedback on any concerns to relevant sales personnel
* Carrying out weekly demo audits to ensure mileage and cleanliness are maintained
* Organizing the collection and delivery of vehicles where necessary
* Assisting with the photography of sales vehicles
About you
* Well organized and process-driven
* Ability to work well within a close-knit team
* Self-disciplined and able to work well under pressure
* Valid Driving License (subject to DVLA checks)
