Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Thame
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break), Friday 8.30am - 1pm
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, building and nurturing relationships to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
2. Load accurate customer order information into the computer system through works orders and purchase order placement.
3. Maintain works order dates and enquiry files with up-to-date information.
4. Create job packs for production, including works orders, drawings, and labels.
5. Complete margin analysis for all customer orders.
6. Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders according to agreed delivery dates.
7. Accurately raise invoices.
8. Redirect incoming calls as necessary.
Skills:
1. Background within customer service.
2. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Previous experience in a similar account management role is desirable.
