The role (in a nutshell)
Telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. To be the first point of contact for receiving and dealing with a variety of calls and enquiries. Vivisol has a comprehensive induction program which covers training on the relevant job aspects including patient support and business systems.
Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:
* Deal with all enquiries from patients/carers in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales
* Process replenishment orders from patients and attempt to solve queries over the telephone
* Ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
* Liaise closely with other departments by e-mail and telephone, giving accurate information at all times
* Work to organisational and departmental targets as specified
* Collaborate with senior team members on process improvements and projects
* Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required
Education, Qualifications and Expertise Required:
* Will require an Enhanced DBS as part of the probation process
* This role includes full training (4 weeks induction)
