Elevation HR are supporting an ambitious and growing SME as they look to appoint a Recruitment and HR Specialist on a part-time, permanent basis. Working remotely, whilst reporting into the Head of HR (with some travel to Huddersfield) this role will ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience whilst supporting the HR function in delivering business objectives. Our client is open to the chosen candidate working across 3 or 4 days. This is a brand new role which truly shows the growth of the business and would suit a candidate with a strong recruitment background who is looking to take a step into HR. As a Recruitment & HR Specialist, your role will include: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce recruitment reports for HR and leadership teams Support onboarding and induction processes Provide first-line HR support and advice to employees and managers Maintain and update HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies Assist with the administration of employee benefits and absence tracking Opportunity to support in payroll collation, and collaborate on process improvement in time and attendance Benefit as a Recruitment & HR Specialist include: Home based hybrid role with office days spent in Huddersfield 22 Days Annual Leave (FTE) Annual leave to increase for the first 5 years up to 27 days Time off for Christmas/New Year Paid extra day off for your birthday every year Discount schemes The ideal candidate will be a driver, come from an agency recruitment background and have or be working towards their CIPD qualification.
