The Prime Video EU Social team are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and performance-oriented Senior Influencer & Creator Manager to help grow our business across Europe. Prime Video aims to have best-in-class influencer campaigns to support our launches and to grow our social community and fanbase. The successful candidate will operate locally to identify and work with Social influencers creating engaging and entertaining content that our customers will love.
In this role you will work with EU Social teams, PR, US counterparts and 3P agencies to develop successful marketing strategies to promote our shows and movies. You will establish ambitious influencer programs of work to benefit the entire region and drive them to completion. You will have an ability to balance stakeholder needs, whilst delivering on your team's functional KPIs.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.
Key job responsibilities
1. Have clear understanding of business priorities and elaborate local strategies to identify content creators to help deliver on those.
2. Develop attractive propositions for creators to work with Prime Video and scalable ways to engage with creators of all sizes.
3. Develop briefings and ensure alignment on creative direction to deliver entertaining and highly engaging on and off-handle content.
4. Track, analyse and report influencer marketing results for your countries.
5. Unblock issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make recommendations for trade-offs, and meet delivery timelines.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Success generating Earned Media for recognised brands.
2. Significant experience in delivering social-first campaigns including working with influencers.
3. Experience in owning and reporting on performance metrics.
4. Experience delivering projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholder teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
2. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
3. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
4. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
5. Experience in marketing or marketing research.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
2. Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
