Location: This role is based in The Quadrant: MK. This role is a full-time opportunity; flexible working patterns will be considered. For Quadrant: MK, you must live within 90 minutes of The Quadrant.
Band & Salary: 4C £43,588 to £50,018 per annum. Any salary offered will be within the advertised salary range and is dependent upon experience.

We are looking for an HR professional, ideally CIPD qualified, with some experience in reward and benefits to join our Reward & Benefits Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing best practice HR solutions, producing management information, and building strong working relations with key stakeholders. They’ll have a good working knowledge of Excel, a good understanding of job evaluation, and ideally be experienced in using the Korn Ferry (Hay) job evaluation methodology.

About the team...
The Reward & Benefits Team sits within the Group Reward, Benefits & Pensions function. The team develops, implements, and manages the delivery of the reward and recognition strategy for the company to deliver a competitive total reward package. This includes developing a reward strategy that encompasses pay, benefits, incentives, and recognition that meets the needs of the business and supports attraction and retention of skills and the workforce.
What will you be doing?
You will be the go-to expert for reward-related matters, offering guidance and support to colleagues across the business. Your role will involve supporting all business-as-usual reward activities, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and data analysis and reporting. You will manage relationships with third-party suppliers, monitor contracts and service delivery to ensure benefits run smoothly. Additionally, you will manage reward policies, reviewing and updating them to reflect business needs or changes in legislation while maintaining governance and assurance. You will also deliver informative presentations, briefing sessions, and workshops to a range of audiences on reward-related matters. It’s a busy and varied role!
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent technical HR knowledge, ideally CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
2. Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions.
3. A good understanding of job evaluation, ideally Korn Ferry (Hay).
4. Experienced in producing management information.
5. Proven experience of query resolution.
6. Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to improve people management.
7. Experience of coaching and influencing senior managers.
8. Passionate about customer service with ability to articulate previous achievements through business deliverables.
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation.
10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
