About the role:
(This is a fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave 12 months)
As the Remarketing Administration Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the Remarketing operation. You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including used car sales invoicing, administrating used car purchases, managing V5 registration documents, spare keys, payments, customer service enquiries, emails & phone calls and as such attention to detail is of the utmost importance.
This is a hybrid role that requires the successful candidate to be in our Leicester HQ office 1-2 days per week.

Main duties:
* Communicating vehicle allocation details to all relevant stakeholders
* Managing the ordering, filing, storage and safe distribution of V5 registration
* documents
* Organising the onward delivery of spare keys & other loose items
* Liaising with auctions & direct customers re vehicle service histories to support the sales
* Invoicing vehicle sales
* Managing vehicle sales payments
* Debt control
* Vehicle releases
* Managing customer service enquiries
* Administrating used vehicle purchases, arranging payment and inventory control
* Taxing used vehicles ready for infleet
* Supporting the Fleet Admin department when required
* Maintain existing filing systems, both physical and digital.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Key skills and attributes required:
* Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
* Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets & Google Drive
* Good time management and the ability to prioritise & multitask
* Attention to detail
* Good numeracy and written skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
