My client a successful Building and Ventilation company are currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on a part time basis. This position is working in a lovely small team of 5. They are ideally looking for someone 5 days a week 20-25 hours. No weekends and No Evenings **
Customer Support Administrator Job details
* Working in a small team, you will be allocated your own customer database this will be based in the South West.
* Taking customer orders mainly by email but also over the telephone
* Liaising with the Sales Team who are out on the road and the factory to check on new orders and stock levels
* Having a clear understanding of the products in the portfolio once trained
* Responding to enquiries and complaints in a confident manner
