What the Job Involves As part of Children’s Social Care, you will manage a complex and varied caseload, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children. You will prepare statements for court, make informed decisions, collaborate in multi-disciplinary settings, and conduct direct work with children and families. You will also mentor students on placements, maintain professional records, and ensure adherence to legal frameworks.
