Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Plymouth - REMOTE - 1 visit to site every 1 or 2 months.
Our client is dedicated to providing critical support to vital sectors, ensuring the success of projects that matter.
They are looking for a driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to our innovative engineering solutions.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our engineering operations, providing essential support and expertise to our design managers.
Your role will involve:
1. Managing Autodesk Vault, ensuring smooth operations and user accessibility.
2. Collaborating closely with design managers to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
3. Applying your multi-discipline engineering experience to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Experience working in a multi-discipline engineering environment, contributing to previous projects in high-impact sectors, including nuclear, oil and gas, marine, or aerospace.
2. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with design managers.
3. Background in nuclear, oil and gas, marine, or aerospace industries.
