We have an opportunity to join our Head Office Customer Service Team at Upper Poppleton, York as a Customer Support Advisor. We have a part time permanent 20 hour contract over 5 days per week available to join the growing team in this office-based role. The department operates 7 days per week so you will need good flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekdays, evenings and weekends. Rotas are done at least 4 weeks in advance and overtime is regularly available. You’ll need to have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience at all times, strong written and verbal communication skills, including a competent telephone manner and excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise to make a success of this opportunity. The role will involve working to targets on call and email volume as well. Main responsibilities of our Customer Support Advisor: You’ll be responsible for dealing with customer queries via; Email Social media Live web chats Over the phone Hours and Working arrangements for our Customer Support Advisor: We have a 20 hour per week permanent contract available. The department operates between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday. Monday to Friday shifts will be office based in York, evening and weekend shifts will be worked from home. Weekend working is rotated around the team (about 1 in 3 weekends worked) Requirements to be one of our Customer Support Advisor: Friendly, engaging and positive approach to customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
