WHAT YOU’LL DO …
The role requires a good eye for detail to ensure thatthe highest standards of service are met during busy conferences and events atICC Wales. You’ll assist colleagues, managers and supervisors in making your area safe, clean and welcoming at all times. You will anticipate, prioritise and support guest needs such as dietary requirements and allergen advice. You will serve and clear food and drinks in a courteous, polite, efficient and friendly manner.
Most importantly, you will connect with our guests in order to anticipate their needs communicating warmly and effectively.
